Shipping and Returns

Due to hygiene reasons there are strictly no returns. If you have any concerns with your earrings please email buttonlanestudio@gmail.com

Refunds/replacements are at the discretion of Buttonlane Studio. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order on top of postage times. 

Postal times with Australia Post vary between locations throughout Australia. Use the tracking number on the website below to track your orders progress.

Buttonlane Studio takes no responsibility for lost or damaged items sent through Australia Post.

If you do not choose the tracked option Buttonlane Studio will not be responsible should Australia post lose it.

If your parcel has been lost in transit you can contact Australia post on 13 76 78.

International orders, Buttonlane Studio takes no responsibility for taxes/customs charged in your own country, these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to us from customs in the original condition, we will of course refund your money.

International Customers Please Note – we are shipping from Australia. Packages to the rest of the world may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.
